Who is Real Residual Inc. and why do I see it on my credit card statement?
Sexygamers is owned and operated by Real Residual Inc., a Florida corporation in the U.S.A. If you purchase any products using Paypal, you should see “PAYPAL *REALRESIDUA” on your statement. So all is fine, we are Real Residual Inc. If you decide to pay by credit card directly through our Stripe Merchant account, then you should see SexyGamers.com as the merchant. An additional receipt should follow from Stripe directly to you shortly.
How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight/volume plus handling fees. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
We also offer free shipping no-rush shipping on most products. These shipping rates were arranged with our shipping companies and sometimes at a loss to us in order to give you an incentive to buy from us.
How long does it take (usually) for my order to arrive?
The entire shipping timeframe is between 12 ~ 20 business days, which means it may take 45 days or more. However, our customers have reported that it usually takes less than 2 weeks for their order to arrive, and sometimes sooner than that. Although it is highly dependant on the country you reside and its customs policies, we’ll try to get your product out of the door as soon as possible.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item was lost in transit.
- You’ve received a wrong item (not the one you ordered).

How do I use coupon code?
At the bottom of the checkout window, click on Have a promotional code? to expand the entry box, enter your code in the box, then click on “Apply”. You should see the TOTAL PRICE change, reflecting the discount.
I just placed an order and I was sent to a Thank You page, where can I find details my order?
If you’ve checked “Register Me” box during the checkout process, you’ll be able to find your orders by going into your account; just click on Account>Orders at the upper-right corner of the website.
You should also get a copy with the details of your order in your email inbox. If it is not there, please check your spam/junk folders just to be sure. 99% of the time you’ll find our emails there.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
